What started as a hobby in early 2008 quickly evolved into a dream for Vintner Keith Roberts. That dream became a reality in March of 2014 when High Country Cellars officially opened its doors. HCC has since evolved into the premier fruit winery in the region.
Now under the ownership of Skipper Bailey, who has been High Country Cellars' General Manager for the past 10 years, Skipper is dedicated to continuing the legacy that Keith created.
